Qualifications Required : To be considered, you must have at least 5 GCSEs graded A/C or 8/4 or above, including English and maths or the Functional Skills/Key Skills equivalents.

Starting as an IT Technical Sales Apprentice with Working IT Solutions will present you with the opportunity to work with people who are supportive and can help guide and progress your career in a thriving IT Sales Environment!
You'll join a small team; where you'll have the chance to work with industry experienced staff who will act hands on as mentors to help grow your skills in the workplace.
Engaging and talking to customers over the phone; with a view to introducing all products to new clients.
Learning how to make cold calls with a view to achieve Sales
Develop and present quotes to clients; whilst learning how to encourage them to move forward with Working IT Solutions.
Helping to deal with Sales Administration, Marketing and Business Development tasks
Part of your day will also involve;
Helping to arrange meetings when required
Dealing with other colleagues calender's for the purpose of reviews.
Have the opportunity to develop and learn as an Account Manager.

Working Week : Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 5:30pm
Salary : £260.41 Per Week

Personal Qualities : Working IT Solutions are looking for someone whose;
Confident and Outgoing
Articulate; both over the phone and through face to face or emails
Able to retain knowledge and apply back in various forms
Organised and good with deadlines
Skills Required : Happy to do lots of telephone work; including cold calls
Good Level of English; both written and verbal
Some general knowledge of IT
Ability to focus and see tasks through to completion.
Future Prospects : As well as the chance to receive full on the job training throughout, by the end of the apprenticeship you’ll have gained nationally accredited qualifications as well as English & Maths Functional Skills Level 2.
The company are also offering a full, long term position of employment with them upon successful completion of the Level 3
Training to be Provided : This apprenticeship will help you to gain the relevant knowledge, skills and behaviors to sell technical products and services. You will maintain good relationships with a variety of customers, including new and existing clients, both internal and external, either within the UK or internationally. You will approach potential customers with the aim of winning new business or working with existing clients to gain repeat business wherever possible.
You will receive regular training to maintain a good knowledge and understanding of the technologies and services that are available within your portfolio and those that are emerging and with specialized training become a confident, effective sales person within your organisation. By combining technical knowledge with industry-leading sales training, you will be selling as quickly as possible putting you in charge of your earning potential. Working as an individual or as part of a team you will gain the knowledge, skills and behaviors to enable you to successfully carry out tasks as directed and meet organisational objectives and sales targets.
As a result, you will receive the following qualification:
IT Technical Salesperson Pathway Level 3,
Functional Skills in English and maths (if required)
Other Information : The Successful Apprentice will earn a salary of £12,500 per year; with the added bonus of commissions.
