Remit Group are recruiting on the behalf of our client; BreifYourMarket.com a team of individuals consistently developing for proprietary software systems. They're actively seeking a talented and eager individual to join them as a Digital Designer

Vacancy Detail

This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved with a tight knit team; as a Digital Designer you will be responsible for the custom design of email and print templates for the BYM system as well as the creation of websites and other products as they are launched by the BriefYourMarket.com business.
You?ll bring the customers? requirements to life using your strong practical knowledge HTML, CSS and knowledge of email setup/coding best practices, along with a keen understanding of creative design and direct marketing concepts. This will result in engaging and creative content that meets our customers? needs. Each of these tasks will need to be completed in tight timescales with high attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities

Working to achieve and completing all tasks as allocated by your line manager in the time frames provided
Learning how to review all cases before creation and ensuring you fully understand, and are able to complete the work requested. Where this needs to be amended, or feedback given you work with the sales representative or account manager to discuss the changes that may be needed with the customer
Learning how to use the processes set within the team to ensure consistent creation of standard items
Be able to confidently creating all standard items within the timeframe provided
Working with your peers to ensure a large range of up to date and relevant email and print templates are available to all customers
Develop and build relationships with the Marketing team and develop a good understanding of both web and offline creative and campaign activity in order to achieve consistent and creative feel
Working closely with the Support and Account Management teams to ensure that the customer is kept up to date with all activity, and updates are provided once work is completed
Be able to keep up to date with HTML and CSS best practice, and work with your peers to keep your processes up to date with the best practice email designs

Other Duties will include:

Making sure you keep your skills of print design up to date, and relevant
Ensuring to keep abreast of industry best practice, new techniques and competitor activity in relation to email & print design, providing a summary with suggestions for incorporation into planning meetings
Developing strong working relationships throughout the business, in order to deliver what is needed
Being proactive when it comes to the product we offer and ensuring you are up to speed with any changes coming in
Achieving the KPIs set on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Where requested, supporting other areas within the business to provide the best possible customer experience

INDIT

Qualifications Required

A minimum of 5 GCSE?s grade A/C or 9/4 Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents).

Future Prospects
