Brief Description : Remit are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of British Car Auctions (BCA) Remarketing at the Measham Commercials Centre in DE12.
Qualifications Required : GCSE Grades A - C in English and Maths preferred
Vacancy Detail : This role would suit someone just starting out on a career in business or with little previous experience.
As a Business Administrator Apprentice you will be working with the rest of the team to carry out the following tasks:
- processing documentation following vehicle sales to include invoicing and taking payment
- following up on payments not received / debt recovery
- ensuring that everything is recorded accurately and in a timely fashion using the AS400 system (training will be given)
- dealing with customers over the phone and at the counter face to face
Uniform will be provided.
As part of this role you will undertake a Level 2 Business and Administration qualification which will take 13 months to complete. You will receive regular visits from a Remit Development Coach at the workplace to do training and learning with you.

Working Week : 40 hrs pw; Mon - Fri 08.30 - 17.30 1 hr lunch
Salary : £200.00 Per Week

Personal Qualities : An interest in customer service and business would be helpful, along with an interest in vehicles.
You will need to be keen to learn and be part of a team.
Skills Required : Good numeracy and literacy skills; confident IT user. You will need great attention to detail and a confident telephone manner.
Future Prospects : This is a great opportunity to get an insight into car sales and could lead to a career within other departments of the business or to further your career within administration.
Training to be Provided : The role of an Administrator is an important one, as they ensure the proper flow of office procedures and support various departments while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
As an apprentice, you will receive mentoring in the workplace and training from Remit Group to help develop your skills and achieve your Level 3
On successful completion, you will receive:
Level 2 Functional Skills in English & Maths (if required)
Level 3 in Business Administration
Other Information : There is very limited public transport to site (DE12 7DY) so ideally you will have your own transport; please check prior to applying for this role.
