Vacancy Detail

The Parts Consultant Apprenticeship responsibilities will include:
? Ordering parts for the technicians in the bodyshop by phone and online.
? Regular communication with bodyshop technicians
? Chasing missing/incorrect orders
? Returning unused parts
? Receiving, identifying and handling stock
? Advice and guidance on products and keeping costs in mind
? Delivering the highest level of customer care at all times

As you progress through your apprenticeship, your responsibilities will increase to include liaising with suppliers.

INDAUTO

Qualifications Required

Ideally GCSE?s 9 ? 3 (A-D) or equivalent in Maths, English and ICT

Personal Qualities

.You will need to have a high level of attention to detail.
Good communication skills, be approachable and helpful

Skills Required

Must be computer literate as you will be using the companies own in-house computer system, which you will be given full training in.
