Remit IT are recruiting on the behalf of Frog IT Services, a business who are recognized for success of the wide range of IT Solutions they provide they are actively seeking a computer literate individual to join their IT Support Team!

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team whose friendly and informal relationships lead to a close understanding of the Frog IT clientele that create value and agility to aid with a competitive edge and successful customer retention.
The key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to
- Helping to provide overall responsive IT support to client requests
- Developing and learning how to provide a proactive IT service
- Overall, adding value to the IT provisions and products that are provided by the company.
- You'll gain first line support and troubleshooting experience
- Develop on the required soft skills to be able to work and deal with people at all levels within organisations.
- Have the opportunity to work within real world IT Situations
- Learn to deal with both end user and server administration tasks
- Become a valuable member of a small team
INDIT
Qualifications Required
To be considered, you must have at least 5 GCSEs graded A/C or 8/4 or above, including English and maths or the Functional Skills/Key Skills equivalents.
Personal Qualities
The successful candidate will need to be technically minded
A problem solver and be able to work independently as well as within a team
You will need to have a firm grasp of the English language
Very good understanding of IT
A quick learner of new introduced technologies
An overall team player
Self-motivated and independent
Wanting to gain experience in all areas of a start-up IT Business
Skills Required
You will need some basic technical knowledge and the enthusiasm to learn lots more.
A base understanding of IT support, including hardware, software, troubleshooting and more!
Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential
A professional manner is required at all times and the ability to work under pressure
