Remit Group are recruiting on the behalf of Oosha Ltd, the UK's leading legal and accounting cloud provider. Due to their continued expansion, they're seeking a confident, and outgoing individual to join their equally passionate Sales Team.

Vacancy Detail

Oosha Ltd, are dedicated specialists and a provider of cloud IT services to the UK legal and accounting sectors, and they are currently seeking an excellent team player, whose customer focused and self-motivate with a positive attitude. The successful Apprentice will have the opportunity to work with prioritizing workloads and deadlines whilst delivering exceptional customer facing and collaborative experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn how to work in conjunction with the Oosha Processing Team to ensure all requirements are met.
Sending out quotes to customers and clients, following their requests.
Helping to process orders by making Sales orders, service tickets and projects. The Apprentice will need to ensure that the relevant colleagues are included in the tickets so the work gets completed in a timely manner.
Working and going through the purchasing list at the end of each working day to procure the kit for any new orders that have come through.
Helping with Bill installs once completed, by ensuring that the amount matches the Sales order and the correct labor time is billed.
Deal with answering calls on the Sales Line and dealing with customer requests
Ensure that all quotes are sent on time and all orders are processed thoroughly.

Qualifications Required

To be considered, you must have at least 5 GCSEs graded A/C or 8/4 or above, including English and maths or the Functional Skills/Key Skills equivalents.

A good level of IT knowledge but additional training is provided

Be able to build strong working and professional relationships
Have demonstrable strong planning and organisational skills
An exceptional levels of customer care skills, verbal and written

Future Prospects

As well as the chance to receive full on the job training throughout, by the end of the apprenticeship you?ll have gained nationally accredited qualifications as well as English & maths Functional Skills Level 2.
The company are also offering a full, long term position of employment with them upon successful completion of the Level 3.
