Brief Description : Remit Group are recruiting on the behalf of Snapp CV, a team of individuals who've created an App with a difference! Their team is constantly expanding, and their seeking a technical individual to come and join their IT Support Team in the London area

 

Qualifications Required : To be considered, you must have at least 5 GCSEs graded A/C or 7/4 or above, including English and Maths or the Functional Skills/Key Skills equivalents.
Vacancy Detail : This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems and working with all things technical; to join a team of equally minded individuals, as well as the chance to work towards an industry accredited Level 3 Qualification within the IT Professionals.

Job Roles

Learning how to provide technical support for both clients and users
Receiving and logging support using a data base system
Helping to train other employee's on current software, including Snapp CV's products and external software's
Helping to set up software for any new and existing employees
Having the chance to lead webinars for client demonstrations on the various products
Being the overall first point of call for phone calls and technical support emails
Dealing with the Chat Bot setup and live answering visitors
Helping to conduct and test software; including recording tests
Other responsibilities may include helping out in other areas of the Snapp CV business.

Salary : £312.50 Per Week

Future Prospects : As well as the chance to receive full on the job training throughout, by the end of the apprenticeship you’ll have gained nationally accredited qualifications as well as English & maths Functional Skills Level 2.

The company are also offering a full, long term position of employment with them upon successful completion of the Level 3.

Training to be Provided : The apprenticeship includes a balance of content in technical, business and interpersonal areas, designed to ensure you have an appropriate set of skills to operate in today’s IT and Telecoms job roles.

The technical content includes a choice of units for Software Development, Web Development, Technical Support, Telecommunications and Databases.

The overall qualification for the IT, Software, Web & Telecoms Professional Level 3 includes:

Level 3 ICT Professional Competence Diploma,
Level 3 ICT Systems and Principles Extended Diploma,
Functional Skills in English, Maths and ICT at a Level 2
