ConnectDS are an expanding specialist company their primary focus is delivering logical and effective cyber protection to their clients in Guildford, Surrey, London and the UK. ConnectDS services will assist in defending organisations against the potential cyber-attacks that companies are faced with on a daily basis. ConnectDS were established to help simplify effective security and data protection services to protect mid-sized customers from the vast and increasing threat landscape. Mid-sized organisations are often looked upon as an easy target for cyber criminals, their aim is to protect customers by delivering enterprise grade security solutions for clients who don?t like to be sitting ducks.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a computer literate and technically minded individual to join their team within Guildford.

Duties include:
You'll be tasked with installing and configuring computer systems
Learn and develop on remote management of our platform performing real-time monitoring of our clients for both, system health and security (device updates and anti-virus)
You will need to be able to respond to all inbound support calls and emails and logging support tickets
Manage existing support tickets to ensure they are picked up by the team issues
Help to assist senior engineers with project work and client visits (where required)

INDIT

Qualifications Required

Ideally a minimum 5 GCSE?s C and above including maths, English and ICT (or equivalent qualifications).

Personal Qualities

Organisational & planning skills, with good attention to detail.
Communication skills ? written & verbal.
Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
Able to work with minimal supervision.

Skills Required

Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and technology products.
Experience using Windows 7, Windows 10 Operating Systems, Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
