Remit Group are recruiting on behalf of Talent Works, a team working within talent acquisition, employer branding and recruitment marketing specialists. They are looking for a creatively minded individual to join them as a Digital Marketing Executive!

Its a great opportunity to learn and develop your skills, whilst working with global clients on cutting-edge campaigns.

Job Role:
? As an integral part of the Digital Team, you?ll help Talent Works plan and develop paid media, social and marketing campaigns for their clients
? They take their own Digital Marketing very seriously, so; you?ll learn and experience how to develop digital campaigns for Talent Works
? You will analyse and report on each Digital Campaign and boost them if needed too using the required Paid Ads/SEO when necessary
? Learn how to stay on top of the latest competitors, industry developments and trends.
? Pinpoint opportunities where Talent Works can use Digital Media and Marketing to make a real difference to themselves and their clients.

Qualifications Required

To be considered, you must have at least 5 GCSE?s graded A/C or 9/4 or above, including English and Maths, or the Functional Skills/Key Skills equivalents.

Personal Qualities

You should have a genuine passion for Digital Media; including emerging trends and technologies within the industry
You'll need to have an interest or previous relevant experience within a Digital Marketing Environment
You'll be eager to learn with the confidence to communicate directly with clients and the ability to take ownership of projects.

Skills Required

Technical understanding of Digital Marketing, specifically within SEO/PPC and Paid Advertising
Ability to work as part of a team
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Be able to prioritise workload
Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)

Future Prospects

As well as the chance to receive full on the job training throughout, by the end of the Apprenticeship you?ll have gained nationally accredited qualifications as well as English & Maths Functional Skills Level 2.
The company are also offering a full, long term position of employment with them upon successful completion of the Level 3
