Brief Description

Remit are recruiting on behalf of The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons for a business admin apprentice. This is an excellent opportunity to join a prestigious organisation in Central London

Vacancy Detail

This role would be a great progression for someone who already has a Level 2 Business Admin qualification or a minimum of 2 years admin experience.
You will provide a wide range of admin duties in this role which supports the training and registration of veterinary nurses so would suit someone with an interest in this field.
Your tasks will include:
- Provision of careers information
- Enrolment administration
- NPL liaison
- Contribute to VN Futures Working Groups
- Maintenance of student veterinary nurse records
- Planning and delivering VN events
- Office Quality Assurance and Procedures
- Office Post
- Provision of Cover for other Departmental Staff as required
- Telephone Enquiries and written correspondence

Qualifications Required

GCSE Grades A - C in English and Maths required
A Level 2 Business Admin qualification would be beneficial

Personal Qualities

? Ability to organise and prioritise work to meet deadlines
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Ability to work accurately and pay attention to detail

Skills Required

? Experience of working as part of a team and willingness to provide support to
colleagues
? Experience of responding to enquiries
? Ability to research information
? Competence in the use of a variety of IT systems, including databases
