Brief Description : Remit Group are recuriting on behalf of Lost in IT LTD, a skilled and tech hungry team of Engineers with customer service at their core. They are on the lookout for an equally tech-hungry individual to come and join them!
Qualifications Required : GCSE grades C or above in English and Mathematics/or equilvalent

Initial duties include:
• You'll learn how to provide day to day technical support, primarily over the telephone, and through using remote administration tools
• Identifying clients problems, logging calls, and trying to provide a first time fix
• Occasionally visiting client sites alongside a consultant who you can shadow and learn from
• Managing call queues and communication with clients keeping them up-to-date.
• Provide support to on-site Technical Consultants

Working Week : Monday to Friday – 9.00am – 5.30pm
Salary : £146.25 Per Week

Personal Qualities : Natural interest in technology.
Problem solving skills
Skills Required : Good technical awareness and demonstrable all round computer skills, either self taught or through certification.
You must be keen to learn and to fit into the working environment.
Future Prospects : Future Progression within the company is available after the successful completion of the Apprenticeship.
Training to be Provided : The Infrastructure Technician Apprenticeship will enable you to gain the relevant knowledge, skills and behaviours to provide first or second line support to internal and external customers and stakeholders to help them be productive when using technology. By the end of the programme, you will be able to set people up on their IT systems and provide support when needed, rectifying issues to maintain colleagues’ and the organisation’s productivity. Job roles include helpdesk technician, first or second line IT support roles or Network support roles. As a result, you will receive the following qualification: Infrastructure Technician (Standard) Level 3 Functional Skills in English and maths (if required)MTA Network Fundamentals/CompTIA A+/ CompTIA Network+ professional qualification (Choose one option)
