Brief Description

Remit IT are recruiting on the behalf of Edge IT Consulting, whose IT Solutions and management services are cost-effective, forward thinking and overall reliable. They are actively seeking passionate individuals to join their thriving Sales Team

Vacancy Detail

As an IT Technical Sales Apprentice, you will be responsible for managing your own client base within the business using various methods, such as networking, calling any and all leads over the phone, and any aligned marketing sources.

You will be responsible for the following:

You'll be required to maintain a high level of customer service with developed account set
Be tasked with the Cross and up selling of products at all opportunities
Use the companies Database to note down sales opportunities and record all new and current customers information
Be required to plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, managing personal time and productivity
You will also need to communicate, liaise, and present internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships

INDIT

Qualifications Required

Preferably 5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent/predicted
Passion for sales

Personal Qualities

Edge IT Consulting are on the lookout for someone who is able to:

Able to work within deadlines
Have good & effective communication skills both over the phone and other methods
Be a quick learner and be able to keep up with new and emerging technologies
Overall, you will need to be a confident and outgoing person with a keen interest in Sales and IT Infrastructure
