Brief Description

This is the perfect opportunity for any Learner looking to start their career within the IT Industry. You will be working with two very experienced and supportive 3rd Line IT Technicians.

Vacancy Detail

You job will include the following:

Being the first point of contact for all incoming helpdesk calls
Providing first line helpdesk support to our customers
Accurately recording all relevant technical information regarding the reported issue into the helpdesk ticketing system
Assisting with the setting up, maintenance and repair of computer linked/computer related equipment
Collecting and delivering computer equipment to customers
As requested, proactively undertaking any other relevant duties as may be reasonably required by the IT support team
With training and development, reaching the point at which you can be assigned tickets to resolve yourself

Skills Required

No previous experience in IT is required, just someone who is willing to learn and develop.

Other Information

Apprenticeship salary will be reviewed after 3 months providing targets are being met.
