Brief Description : Remit are working with BCA Vehicle Services to recruit a Business Admin apprentice to join their team of 5 administrators at their busy Car Import Centre.
Qualifications Required : Ideally A-C (9-4) in GCSE English and Maths or equivalent qualifications, and a good working knowledge of IT/Microsoft Office. Full training with their in-house system will be given.
Vacancy Detail : Working within the automotive industry at our busy import centre, based in the hub of the stores administration team, Remit are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the team at BCA as a stores support administrator.
We are looking for an apprentice who is keen to develop their administration skills within a fast paced stores environment. The ket responibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
* working with the Stores Manager and Supervisor
* Processing orders
* Administer all goods received in
* Develop and maintain a library of certificates of conformance's
* Produce reports
* Issue multiple parts to work lines cleared using bespoke business databases
* Supporting the Stores manager with other additional tasks
This role needs someone who is a quick learner, and who has the ability to process information in a logical order. The role will be working within a small team of 5, including the Stores Manager.
Positions Available : 1
Working Week : 42.5 hours per week, 8am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday
Salary : £200.00 Per Week

Training to be Provided : The role of an Administrator is an important one, as they ensure the proper flow of office procedures and support various departments while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
As an apprentice, you will receive mentoring in the workplace and training from Remit Group to help develop your skills and achieve your Level 2
On successful completion, you will receive:
Level 1 / Level 2 Functional Skills in English & Maths (if required)
Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship Framework.
Other Information : Driver’s license is preferable as we are based in the docks.
