IT Support Apprenticeship

This is a fantastic opportunity for any technically literature individual join a fast paced and tight knit IT team, who are responsible for looking after all IT Tools within businesses to ensure that they can keep ahead of the competition.

As part of the role you may be required to undertake site visits when necessary so must be smartly presented, polite and be able to communicate well with customers.
Industry experience is not necessary but applicants must be able to demonstrate an understanding of essential PC Hardware and Software knowledge such as Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office.

Standard Duties:

Monitoring and maintenance of customer network / server infrastructure
Log and track jobs through internal systems to ensure timely resolution
Provide support to customers via telephone, email and remote support and possibly occasional site visits
Setup and configuration of new hardware pre-delivery
Liaise with suppliers and third-party service providers
