Alpha Scan are known for taking the worry out of IT management. Their certified expertise and comprehensive IT outsourcing and IT services broaden their clients capabilities, giving them the power and flexibility to handle any aspect of their clients technology needs. They're now on the lookout for a technically minded individual who can join their 1st Line Support team!
Your main role will include
Developing on your service and product knowledge
Making periodic courtesy calls to clients when required
You'll manage any regular outbound communications with clients
Provide 1st Line Technical resolutions to all client IT issues
Escalating issues to the 2nd & 3rd line technical resource team
You'll also manage email campaigns and develop on your closing sale techniques

Qualifications Required
Ideally you are required to have GCSEs grade A/C - 9/4 in Maths, English and ICT or have the equivalent in Functional Skills
Personal Qualities
Alpha Scan are looking for someone whose:
