Brief Description
Remit Group are recruiting on the behalf of Futuresource Consulting, who specialize in delivering specialist research and consulting services. They're on the lookout for a computer literate individual to join their 1st line support team.
Vacancy Detail
This role with Futuresource Consulting will play an active role in supporting the current 1st Line Support Team. This is a great opportunity to develop your knowledge and experience in all areas of IT support as an IT Infrastructure Technician Apprentice.
Your main role will involve:
Gaining first line support and troubleshooting experience
Develop on the required soft skills that will allow you to deal with people at all levels within organisations
Have the chance to work within real world IT situations
Deal with both end user and server administration tasks such as data entry, creating users logins and dealing with the companies CRM system
Be a valued member of a small team
Other key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
You'll have to provide responsive IT support to client requests
Help and provide proactive IT services
Add value to the IT provisions that are currently provided by the company
INDIT
Qualifications Required
At least 5 GCSE's at grades A - C or 9 - 4 including English, Maths and ICT or the Functional Skills Equivalent
Personal Qualities
You will need some basic technical knowledge and the enthusiasm to learn lots more
Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential
A professional manner is required at all times
The ability to work under pressure
