Remit Group are recruiting on behalf The Bowling Green in Southam. They are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the team to complete a Hospitality programme!
Vacancy Detail
The Bowling Green is an idyllic country pub in a prime location, combining the tranquility of the Warwickshire countryside with the buzz of a market town atmosphere.
They are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the team to work in the hospitality sector as a general assistant to provide help in the restaurant and bar areas. The apprentice will also work towards achieving a nationally recognised qualification as a Hospitality Team Member and have full training in the bar upon turning 18 years of age.

Your typical responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Focusing on the food side of the business
- Taking food orders from customers
- Running food from the kitchen and waiting on tables
- Clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness
- Liaising with the kitchen staff
- Assisting in serving food/drinks in our outside bar area
- Training to work behind the bar upon turning 18 years of age
Salary / Hours: ?5 per hour covering 35 - 40 hours per week.

Future Prospects
The Bowling Green are looking for a hard working individual to complete a Level 2 qualification as a Hospitality Team Member. A successful candidate will be offered a permanent position on completion of the apprenticeship.

The Bowling Green offers on-site parking, is a 20 minute drive from Royal Leamington Spa and Warwick Town Centres and is easily accessible by bus. They are situated right on the high street, next door to the fire station.
