Brief Description

Remit Training are recruiting on behalf of E.on who are looking for Customer Service apprentices in their Smart Centre of Excellence in Bolton.

As an Apprentice at E.ON you will be gaining valuable work experience whilst working towards achieving a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard, following a structured on and off the job learning programme.

At the beginning you will be involved in a 3-month development programme which will prepare you for the rest of your learning journey. Whilst on your Apprenticeship you will play a vital role, working together with the SMART metering team to deliver an excellent service to customers by ensuring they benefit from Eon products. But it doesn?t stop there, not only will you develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours you need for your job, but you?ll gain a thorough understanding of the wider Customer Operations business.

You?ll also have the opportunity to get involved in exciting business and community projects where you will develop a whole range of other skills that you don?t always get by sitting at a desk.

For those who complete the Apprenticeship there could be an opportunity to take up a permanent, full time role within E.ON, with the additional opportunity to carry on studying for more qualifications whilst earning a very competitive salary.

Qualifications Required

- GCSE?s in English and Maths with grade C or above, new Grade 4 to 9, or equivalent.

Skills Required

- Great communication skills and a passion for speaking to people.
- Customer focus.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning.
- Reliability - you'll need to have good attendance and excellent timekeeping skills.

Future Prospects

Permanent position available on completion of the apprenticeship for a successful candidate.

Other Information

- The ability to start your apprenticeship on 3 June or 17 June 2019

- This role will be based at : 1 Parklands, Lostock, Bolton. Bolton BL6 4SD.
- Working hours are 37 hours per week on a rota basis between 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 6pm Saturday.
