Remit are recruiting for a Customer Service Apprentice on behalf of Colbert Auto Services

Vacancy Detail

Colberts are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service apprentice, who will be the first point of contact for customers with enquiries about our services

Duties will include:
? Answer all incoming calls
? Welcome any visitors in a friendly and professional manner
? Typing up letters using Word
? Promoting and selling required services to customers
? Provide advice on our products, services and repair works in a professional manner
? Produce Job sheets ,reports and customer estimates
? Updating the in house data base and online diary as required
? General administration duties

Qualifications Required

Ideally A-D GCSE's (9-3) in English and Maths and a good working knowledge of IT/Microsoft Office. Full training with their in-house system will be given
