Qualifications Required : Ideally A-D GCSE's (9-3) in English and Maths and a good working knowledge of IT/Microsoft Office. Full training with their in-house system will be given
Vacancy Detail : Colberts are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service apprentice, who will be the first point of contact for customers with enquiries about our services

Duties will include:
• Answer all incoming calls
• Welcome any visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Typing up letters using Word
• Promoting and selling required services to customers
• Provide advice on our products, services and repair works in a professional manner
• Produce Job sheets ,reports and customer estimates
• Updating the in house data base and online diary as required
• General administration duties

Working Week : 40 hours, 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Salary : £156.00 Per Week

As a customer service apprentice, you will receive mentoring in the workplace and training from Remit Group to help develop your skills and achieve your Level 2
On successful completion, you will receive:
Level 1 Functional Skills in English & Maths (if required)
Level 2 in Customer Service
