Brief Description

Remit Group are recruiting on the behalf of Frog IT Services, who are looking for a technically minded individual to develop their knowledge and experiences in all areas of IT support.

Vacancy Detail

This apprenticeship opportunity will give the successful apprentice the chance to gain first line support and troubleshooting experience whilst becoming a valued member of a small but friendly team.

You'll be required to deal with both end user and server administration tasks
Develop the soft skills required to be able to deal with people at all levels within organisations
You'll provide responsive IT Support to all the companies client requests
You will provide all proactive IT Services
You will also add value to the IT Provisions that are provided by the company.

Qualifications Required

Ideally a minimum 5 GCSE?s C including maths, English and ICT (or equivalents).

Skills Required

You will need some basic technical knowledge and the enthusiasm to learn lots more! Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential. A professional manner is required at all times and the ability to work under pressure.

For the right apprentice, there will be an offer of permanent employment on completion of the apprenticeship.
