Brief Description

COOLSPIRiT currently has an exciting opportunity for a highly driven individual to join a fast-paced IT Business Development team. This role offers the opportunity to progress into the area of your choice within our business (Sales, Pre-Sales or Technical)

Vacancy Detail

After the 3-year training period you will have the option to stay within our Business Development team, with a very capable technical understanding, or move into:

Account Management
Pre-Sales
Technical Support
Systems Engineer
Initially, you will be a key member of our lead development (cold calling & opportunity creation) team with the opportunity to become an industry leader in Data Protection solutions with a primary specialisation with Commvault software.

From the initial start phase of your apprenticeship with COOLSPIRiT, you will be attending studies at a local education authority to gain the following:

Year 1 ? IT Technical Sales Apprenticeship (Level 3)
Then to accompany the above 3 years of training, COOLSPIRiT will arrange for certification with our primary vendor of choice. The example below is the accredited learning path for Commvault:

Commvault Sales Professional
Commvault Technical Sales Professional
Commvault Certified Solution Architect
Commvault Certified Services Associate
Commvault Certified Professional
Commvault Certified Engineer
Commvault Master
With this training and certification completed, you will hold the necessary skills to develop your own career into any area of our business - from novice to industry expert.

This role requires a technical IT bias to ensure you're a suitable candidate for the arranged certifications. You will also be required to hold strong initial IT skills (Microsoft Office applications, and desktop operating system experience), along with functional skills of GCSE maths & English A-C or equivalent Level 2 qualification.

Along with recognised industry certifications, you will receive a salary of ?18k + a monthly bonus.

Please note a driving licence and your own car is ideally required as you will be traveling for both classroom and industry training (example Reading).

Preferably 5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent/predicted
Passion for sales
