Brief Description

Remit Group are recruiting on the behalf of Fab Office, a diversified property based employer situated within the St. Albans area. They're looking for a creative and ambitious individual to work among their team dealing and managing their Digital presence.

Vacancy Detail

Fab Lets' focus on providing education and training for those involved in property investment and development. They also rung the UK's largest monthly networking events for property investors. They promote their services through a comprehensive digital marketing strategy involving social media and live events. In addition they also have a fast-growing YouTube channel to provide tips and how to videos for property investors.

The successful candidate for this role will get the chance to learn on the job, take time to learn online and through other digital channels to enhance their skills whilst being creative and showcasing their talents.

You will be responsible for managing Fab Lets YouTube channel and oversee it's growth to 10,000 subscribers. This includes shooting and editing videos end to end whilst planning and scheduling content creation and Fab Lets video release schedule. You will also promote these videos across varying social media channels.
You will manage Fab Lets' monthly networking events and get involved in the social promotion for it.
You will also manage and grow their Facebook group which currently has 2000+ members
You'll create content and update the companies blogs, whilst also updating their WordPress websites.
Get involved with SEO and Keyword Research which can help optimize the companies website and YouTube views.
Be responsible for creating email marketing strategies and the execution of these.
Be responsible for general Social Media posts, across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn where you will come up with ideas for content and work with other members of the Fab Lets' team to develop copy writing and content for other marketing purposes.
Help plan business events including the marketing materials to go alongside these whilst building up a buzz and promotions prior to the event and to help with building an attendee list for these events.
Take images for social media content and other Marketing opportunites, you'll have the chance to attend events and take photos which will feed into the companies social media posts and digital marketing aspects.
You will also have the chance to manage, co-ordinate and set up video shoots.

Qualifications Required

GCSE (C and above) in English and maths (or equivalent).

Personal Qualities

Strong and demonstrable knowledge of the latest digital marketing techniques and practices
Knowledge of Microsoft Software packages
Good spelling, grammar, writing and numeracy skills
Extremely well organised
Excellent time management skills
Ability to prioritise and cope with changing & competing deadlines
Desire to learn
Able to work well within a team
Interest within the communications sector

Skills Required

You will already need to have experience of shooting and editing videos and will need be able to provide links to your work on YouTube
You will need to have some experience in promoting an event product using social media marketing, digital marketing and will be able to provide links to your work
Get involved and have an interest in design, photography & videography
Be able to use the full Adobe design suite
Have a previous experience in creating websites with WordPress
Competent IT skills
