Brief Description

Remit Group are recruiting on the behalf of Edge Computer Systems, due to increasing business demands and success in the past when taking on apprentices who are now established members of the growing business, they are looking for a new team member

Vacancy Detail

As an IT Support/Logistics Support Apprentice, with Edge Computer Systems, you will support the senior team members to oversee a variety of technicial hard/software duties as well as provide a high level of customer services to the business's customers and support the sales of computers and various hardware using social media platforms.

Fault finding diagnostics of laptops
Dsimantle, repair and rebuild laptops.
Perform remote diagnostics tasks, fix problems or escalate to senior technicians to resolve
Add/update software to laptops
Cleaning/packing
Deal with a variety of customer enquiries via face-to-face, phone or written.
ESD Procaution
Support any Senior Technicians with site visits from time-to-time, collection of IT kit.
Support with the online Sales side of the business from time to time.
Listing products using the company excel listing sheets/keeping records of those items listed/conducting stocktakes and notes of where the stock is located.

INDIT

Qualifications Required

Ideally a minimum 5 GCSE?s C and above including maths, English and ICT (or equivalent qualifications).

To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries
The ability use own initiative as well as work as part of a small team to resolve all client?s issues to the highest of standards

Other Information

This is a fast-tracked, advanced Level 3 IT apprenticeship. Some self-study will be required.
