Brief Description
Remit Group are recruiting on the behalf of Fluid (EM) Limited who are looking for a technically literate individual to join their client support services team.This is a great opportunity to develop your knowledge and experience in all areas of IT support.
Vacancy Detail
This role provides a position for entry into an IT Services company. You'll be based primarily at one of the companies client sites within the Cambridgeshire area with occasional travel between other client sites to provide IT support where needed. You'll also be supervised and mentored by an existing and welcoming team member who will help you gain 1st line support and troubleshooting experience
You'll have the chance to work at a number of client sites over a period of time
You'll deal with both end user and server administration tasks
Work with software and equipment from HP, Cisco, Citrix and Microsoft in both physical and virtual environments
Become a valued member of a small team
You'll need to provide responsive IT support to client requests which includes providing proactive IT services

Qualifications Required
Ideally a minimum 5 GCSE?s C including maths, English and ICT (or equivalents).

Skills Required
You will need some basic technical knowledge and the enthusiasm to learn lots more! Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential. A professional manner is required at all times and the ability to work under pressure.
Other Information
Candidates should ideally have a driving licence or their own mode of transport to move between client sites as required.
