Remit Group are recruiting on behalf of international law firm, Evershed Sutherland for a Business Admin Apprentice. The Administration Assistants provide support to the wider team on a range of tasks.

The Administration Assistants provide support to the wider team on a range of tasks, undertaking valuable and practical work experience to kick-start a career in the admin sector

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? File opening/closing
? Copying/scanning/faxing/printing
? Archiving
? Courier bookings
? Maintaining electronic and paper filing
? Internal and external room bookings
? Booking Travel
? Financial Management including processing payments and expenses
? Creating online pro-formas
? Preparing bundles
? Spine labels/cover sheets
? Carpe Diem
? Ad hoc requests

Qualifications Required
GCSE grade A-C in Maths and English required.
