Remit are working with Supreme Wheels Direct to recruit a Business Admin apprentice for their ever expanding Admin team.

Every office needs an efficient Administrator who can ensure that everything behind the scenes of a successful company is running smoothly. Without one, things quickly start to fall apart.

This is a great job for those who can multitask with ease.
As well as being the first point of contact, dealing with phone calls and inquiries, as an Administrator you?ll be expected to turn your hand to jobs such as:
? Reception duties and answering the phone.
? Invoicing and printing using SAGE 50
? Responding to customer inquiries received via email
? Courier bookings and PO queries
? Responding to vehicle toll updates
? Petty cash handling and fuel receipt management
? Customer statements
? Assist in end of month tasks and reconciliations
? Filing and archiving
? Ad hoc jobs from the Directors and Depot Managers

Qualifications Required

Ideally A-D (9-3) in English and Maths and a good working knowledge of IT/Microsoft Office. Training in using SAGE 50 will be given.

Personal Qualities

Supreme Wheels Direct are looking for an enthusiastic people person, so someone who is approachable, not afraid to speak to new people and has a friendly attitude

Skills Required

? IT literate, with good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications
? Experience of SAGE 50 (not essential as training will be given)
