Brief Description : Remit are working with Supreme Wheels Direct to recruit a Business Admin apprentice for their ever expanding Admin team.
Qualifications Required : Ideally A-D (9-3) in English and Maths and a good working knowledge of IT/Microsoft Office. Training in using SAGE 50 will be given.

As well as being the first point of contact, dealing with phone calls and inquiries, as an Administrator you’ll be expected to turn your hand to jobs such as:
• Reception duties and answering the phone.
• Invoicing and printing using SAGE 50
• Responding to customer inquiries received via email
• Courier bookings and PO queries
• Responding to vehicle toll updates
• Petty cash handling and fuel receipt management
• Customer statements
• Assist in end of month tasks and reconciliations
• Filing and archiving
• Ad hoc jobs from the Directors and Depot Managers
Positions Available : 1
Working Week : 40 hours, 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday
Salary : £200.00 Per Week
