Remit Group are currently working with LSA Technology who are looking to recruit enthusiastic and technologically minded individuals to join their friendly and helpful team who have gained over 30 years experience within the IT field.

Vacancy Detail

This fantastic, long term opportunity will give you the chance to kick start a career within the IT industry with a team who will guide and help you along throughout the apprenticeship role. You'll also have the chance to take on further responsibilities as you become more experienced and qualified.

Taking & handling incoming calls from customers and suppliers
Welcoming walk-in clients to the company whilst dealing and managing various requests and issues from customers.
Helping customers with various IT Issues, via email, telephone, remote control tools; this could also take place within their shop and workshop
Prepare computers before they are delivered to clients this includes the testing, upgrading and/or repairing of customer computers
Setting up, managing and supporting email accounts and Internet Phone (VoIP) Systems
Accompanying our engineers on visits to customer offices
Working with suppliers' cloud/online websites portals to check phone/internet connection statuses
Maintain the workshop & business records and databases. This includes the creation of weekly and monthly reports

INDIT

Qualifications Required

A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades C/4 and above (or equivalent) including Maths, English and ICT.

Personal Qualities

Technically minded
An overall problem solver, who enjoys thinking out of the box
Able to work independently as well as within a team
You'll need a firm grasp of the English language
Enjoys working to a high standard
