Remit Group are recruiting on the behalf of Aspire IT who, due to their continued expansion are looking for someone with a genuine passion for the IT sector and who is looking to gain valuable experience within the helpdesk environment

There is a warm welcome that awaits the successful Apprentice for this fantastic apprentice opportunity The company have guaranteed that you will be supported through out the Apprenticeship and encouraged to learn, grow and ask questions which will ensure them that you are progressing as much as possible.

You'll be tasked to provide technical support to both internal users and customers, whilst performing routine IT tasks
You will be undertaking reasonable tasks as required, including some administrative tasks
You will have the chance to provide both telephone & remote support to customers/users on a range of issues
You'll also have the opportunity to help with any support & maintenance for network (Both hardware and software based issues)

Be aware that in addition will also have a prime responsibility to deal with VOIP and business level communication technologies on a 50/50 ratio

Qualifications Required

5 GCSE's grade A - C English, Maths

Personal Qualities

The ability to problem-solve general IT issues
Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
Basic understanding or knowledge of computer fundamentals and components
Good organisation skills and time management
