CONNECT DIGITAL SECURITY
Connect DS offers Cyber Security Services in Guildford, Surrey and London in the UK. These services follow an approach that incorporates a 3-stage process. Assessment is the key to an intelligence driven approach, providing deep visibility through comprehensive assessment identifies areas to resolve and develop.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiast individual to support the business in key areas to enable improved efficiencies and productivity across three brands at a dynamic phase in the growth of the business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To support the business across three associated brands in the following areas :
? Business / Sales administration.
? Monitoring and communicating with the team in relation to process / project
management tasks.
? Administrative support with finance related systems and activities.
? Reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Qualifications Required

GCSE A-C in Maths and English preferable.

Personal Qualities

? Personable and confident telephone manner.
? Positive ?can-do? attitude.
? Confidence with using and learning different types of software relevant to
the business.
? Strategic thinker that is willing to help grow the business.

Skills Required

? Good relationship building skills ? internally and externally.
? High level of organisation.
? A great work ethic and desire to go the extra mile to ensure a great
customer experience.
? Accountability of job functions and internal business systems.
? Understanding of the sales process and how it works (online/ phone sales).
? Able to work within guidelines whilst maintaining flexibility and support.
? Being a good multi tasker and able to work to strict deadlines.
? Able to learn quickly and adapt to different situations.

Future Prospects

Permanent role available on completion of the apprenticeship for successful candidate with progression opportunities and fantastic future prospects.

Other Information

- Salary will be reflected dependent on the experience and calibre of the individual, pay will be reviewed systematically for apprentices that have done well.
- The candidate will need to be a car user as the office is not located near good public transport links.
- 20 days annual leave plus the additional 8 bank holidays.
