Brief Description

The Apprentice's role as a key member of the sales team will be to generate sales opportunities and hit sales targets by growing the customer base whilst ensuring an exceptional customer experience at all times.

Vacancy Detail

Your main duties will involve

Making daily B2B outbound sales calls from our extensive and up to date prospect database
Following up Sales Leads - those you have created and outbound leads we have already received
Closing business regularly
Managing new and existing customer relationships
Presenting software webinars to potential clients (Full training to be provided for this)
Accurately updating customer information on the CRM system
Working with other departments to drive campaigns
Being aware of competitor offerings and how we measure up to them

Once the apprenticeship has been completed, you will be moved up to the role of a Full time Sales Person, with branching and progressive opportunities to become a Team Leader and even a Manager of Sales.
Whilst as an apprentice you will earn up to ?5 per converted lead, once having completed the apprenticeship a full commission structure will be put in place.

Qualifications Required

GCSE's at grades C/4 and above (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
