Vacancy Detail

You will provide support to the sales team members by providing administration and reporting tasks along with spending time in other departments to get a better understanding of the company.
Detailed duties include:
- assisting with sales transactions including leads, billing, contracts and orders
- provide support to sales representatives with general admin duties
- deal with enquiries and correspondence from customers
- monitor customer satisfaction
- invoicing for goods and services
- be responsible for monitoring debts and assisting in recovery
- produce and analyse various reports

Qualifications Required

GCSE Grades A - C ARE REQUIRED - lower grades will not be considered

Personal Qualities

You will need to have great attention to detail, be able to work in a busy environment and be a good 'people person' to engage with customers, suppliers and other members of the team. You will have a flexible approach to work and willing to muck in when required

Skills Required

Accuracy; excellent IT skills - Word and Excel are essential
