Qualifications Required : There are no entry requirements to apply, we will support you to develop your skills in English and Maths.
Vacancy Detail : You will receive exceptional training from our team of fully qualified Senior Technicians in the latest techniques as well as customer service and retail skills.
These techniques include:
• Inspecting, removal and replace of damaged components
• Answering incoming calls and queries
• Advising customers on the repair work and time frames
• Speaking with and ordering from suppliers
• Up-selling services

Working Week : Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Salary : £148.00 Per Week

Personal Qualities : You will need to demonstrate a strong passion for the industry and a positive attitude to work.
Skills Required : No skills are required as we will provide all the training needed for the role, just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
Future Prospects : On successful completion of your Level 2 apprenticeship along with functional skills in Maths and English (where required) you will be a fully qualified Auto-Care Vehicle Technician with the skills to continue your career in the industry.
Training to be Provided : Upon completing your initial enrolment with your supervisor;
->You will shadow your colleagues to gain first-hand experience in the latest techniques for repairing damaged components.
->You will get the opportunity to assist in repair work.
->You will be supported by our training partner Remit Group to develop your theoretical understanding of the industry at their Automotive Academy.
->You will have a personal Remit Development Coach who will visit you regularly at your work place to aid your progression through the programme.
Other Information : Technicians normally work 40 hours a week, typically from Monday to Friday. During busy periods it may be required to also work Saturdays with a day off in the week.
Things to consider : This apprenticeship would last for 28 Months and will require dedication for the duration of the position.
