Internal IT Sales Apprentice

We have an exciting opportunity for a target driven and enthusiastic internal sales person to join our Essex based IT Company.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a track record in telephone sales and have a keen interest in technology as well as possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong listening skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
We are looking for extremely high levels of self-motivation, confidence, drive, tenacity, creativity and sound planning & organisational skills whilst being comfortable working within a target driven environment.

Your Roles and Responsibilities will include the following;

Maintain an agreed level of pro-active telephone contact with both existing and prospective customers.
Pro-actively seek new business by targeting a combination of existing customers and prospective customers.
Effectively deal with telephone enquiries requesting quotations and product information.
Create quotations for hardware and services.
Ensure all quotations are followed up when necessary.
Meet and exceed the agreed specific Key Performance Indicators performance objectives.
Maximise sales by continually expanding orders and up selling additional services
Ensure that the external sales team are kept informed of any developments relevant to accounts.
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within the CRM
Work as part of the team to develop and drive the sales strategy
