Vacancy Detail

You will receive first class training in all aspects and knowledge of parts and become Geoff Cox?s aftersales specialist.
Your responsibilities include:
? Building long-term relationships with local customers
? Managing stock and picking parts
? Learning the operational aspects of the warehouse
? Taking orders over the telephone and up-selling to increase invoice value
? Actively promoting offers, discounts and customer competitions

There are no entry requirements to apply, we will support you to develop your skills in English, Maths and ICT

Personal Qualities

You will need to have a high level of attention to detail as you will be the first point of contact with customers solving any issues they may have

Skills Required

No skills are required as we will provide all the training needed for the role, just bring your enthusiasm and dedication

Future Prospects

On successful completion of your apprenticeship you will receive a NVQ Level 2 Certificate along with functional skills in Maths, English and ICT. You could have the opportunity to further progress and work towards a level 3 qualification

This apprenticeship would last for 18 months and will require dedication for the duration of the position
