Brief Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within the development of the new marketing team for Custom Cruisers Limited. Your role will focus around designing social media posts, campaigns and general marketing.

Vacancy Detail

As an Apprentice, your role with the company, will be very varied, below is a list of the different tasks you'd be working on:

Website:
Manage and maintain the organization's website(s)
Write and optimize content for the website
Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
Continually work on optimizing the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s)
Edit images, videos and other materials, proof read copy and design basic marketing collateral and presentations
Report any errors or bugs in online content
Support with inbound leads through the website

Social media channels:
Set up and manage social media channels for Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Pinterest
Write and optimize content for social networking accounts
Implement a social media strategy
Design and create posts per week for each channel
Provide real time responses to questions/queries via social channels

Marketing material/content:
Design basic marketing collateral
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns/press releases
Write copy for email marketing campaigns
Proof read creative copy and obtain approval of marketing materials
Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites
Identify potential award opportunities, plan for and draft award applications
Plan key project photography, deliver photography and draft case studies to support new business acquisition

Marketing planning:
Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
Work with the senior team on creating a marketing calendar
Work with the senior team to co-ordinate a programme of events, exhibitions and trade shows to generate new business and brand awareness
Support the client services team in the development and provision of marketing information to support their roles
Support in organizing company/client events
Co-ordinate internal marketing
Provide reporting and analyses of marketing activity to support with future planning and budgets
Create and manage client database using a customer relationship management (CRM) system

This is a small chunk of the tasks that will be available.
Candidates must have a working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign or similar graphics production software that allows them to maintain a professional quality to work. They must have working knowledge of social media.

Qualifications Required

GCSE or equivalent A*-C in English
GCSE or equivalent C in math's
A* to C or equivalent in ICT or media

Personal Qualities

Candidate must have;
Working knowledge of Photoshop or similar graphics software e.g. InDesign, coral suites, illustrator
Social media understanding
Knowledge of Microsoft packages
