Gemini Office Solutions Ltd are currently seeking to employ an enthusiastic and technical minded individual who is able to provide effective and professional support to our clients over the telephone.

We are a friendly and hardworking team of people supplying telecommunications support and solutions mainly into the education sector in and around London and the Home Counties. We also supply to the commercial sector and are involved with Cloud Hosted/ VoIP solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for answering calls to our busy service department, and carry out programming and configuration requests from end users, as well as analysing any issues that have been raised through our established fault finding processes.
- You will report to the technical services manager, working closely together on all enquires in order to become self-sufficient in your role. Full training will be provided on how to configure, and diagnose customer telephone equipment.
- You will be dealing with and assisting with, the set up and configuration, of new telephone systems (both cloud hosted, and on site PBX) in accordance with the customers given requirements.
- You will also be liaising with suppliers of equipment, as well as logging faults for clients telephone lines through BT Openreach and seeing faults through to their conclusion.

Full training to be provided on all aspects of this role as you develop and grow within the company.

This role is an exciting opportunity to develop on new and existing skills, with a particular focus on telephony as a whole, VoIP technologies and IP networking. This is an extremely varied and diverse role with good scope for progression within the company and the potential opportunity to also carry out field based roles from time to time, following an initial training period.

Qualifications Required

GCSE's at grades C/4 and above (Or equivalent) in English and Maths
