Brief Description : Remit Group are working on behalf of Nando's to find apprentices to join their exciting team in Harrogate. As an Apprentice Team Member, you’ll be working towards a Level 2 Hospitality Team Member qualification.
Qualifications Required : English & Maths GCSE Grades A - C preferred

Working Week : 30 hours per week across 5 days out of 7 including weekends and evenings
Salary : £245.00 Per Week

Training to be Provided : Depending on your role within the department, you may specialise in a particular area, but the skills you learn on this apprenticeship will allow you to work across all different areas which you may be required to support during busy periods. You will develop your knowledge of the industry and gain the skills that will ensure your customers feel well looked after and have a great experience. You will have excellent communication skills and will learn techniques on how to deal with a variety of people in a professional, polite and friendly manner. Following completion of this apprenticeship there may be opportunities for career progression and further study at a higher level. As a result, you will receive the following qualification: Functional Skills in English & maths Level 1 and upskill to Level 2
Other Information : Please note that shifts will be worked across 5 days out of 7 and are likely to vary from week to week, although you will get your rota in advance. This will include evening and weekend working. The restaurant is open from 11am – 11.00pm and you should expect to be at work either side of these times.
Things to consider : Shift starts may be from 9am dependent on your role and it is likely that you will not finish until after midnight if working an evening shift, particularly on weekends. Please check transport after this time prior to applying for this role.
You will also be asked to assist with the cleaning on some shifts.
