Carrying out general administrative and customer service duties within AW Accident Repair Centre.
? Being the first point of contact, dealing with phone calls and correspondence
? Data inputting
? Keeping computer records up to date and filing
? Contacting external customers and providers for various information requests
You will learn how to deal with angry or difficult customers appropriately and professionally and how to accommodate customers who may need extra assistance
