The Mitchell Group consists of three trading companies - Mitchell Powersystems, Central Diesel and Central Driveline, specialising in the comprehensive supply, service and parts of diesel engines, automatic transmissions and off-highway, driveline products.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team to complete a nationally recognised Level 2 qualification in business administration. This hands on role will allow the apprentice to develop their skills and knowledge in administration, helping achieve their career goals.

Key responsibilities:
? Invoice creation
? Collate, amend and verify Warranty documentation in readiness for claim submission
? Maintenance of databases
? Upkeep of spreadsheets
? Record keeping
? Purchase ledger ? Goods receipting
? General administration including templates and filing
? Timesheets including HAVS data collection
? Take customer calls, schedule and coordinate field service repairs
? Support service operation during busy periods and absence
? Plan effectively to ensure that the department needs are met
? To maintain effective communication with all internal and external personnel
? To carry out work activities in accordance with your line manager?s instructions and to work in accordance with the rules, regulations and Health and Safety requirements as set out in the company employee?s handbook
