Due to the award of new contracts and continued organic growth, Amore Care Group has an exciting opportunity for a driven Office Apprentice to work in its Liverpool office. This hands on role will also allow you to work towards achieving a nationally recognised qualification in an office environment, and build upon your career!

Duties includes
? Answering each incoming call in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner
? Appropriately match care workers to clients, considering care worker skills, experience, travel arrangements and client requirements and preferences
? Arranging transport for staff
? Liaising with Senior Support Workers and Complex Case Officers to input rota?s on our rostering system
? Good relations and rapport with both client and staff base
? Supporting the Recruitment Consultant to identify staffing needs and requirements and fill accordingly
? Carrying out admin duties such as filing and scanning
? Supporting the Complex Case Officers with duties such as creating new client care plans, inducting staff into the support packages and completing staff supervisions
? Supporting with pre-employment checks
? Ordering office supplies
? Dealing with incoming mail
Qualifications Required
GCSE A-C or equivalent qualifications in Maths and English, good level of ICT preferable.

? IT literate with experience of Microsoft Office package
