Your responsibilities within the workplace would include;

? Reception duties to include greeting customers and dealing with face to face enquiries.
? Handling a high volume of incoming calls, dealing with customers, suppliers, third parties with general enquiries or updates. Passing calls to the relevant department or taking messages if necessary.
? Contacting customers by phone or email to book into the BodyShop.
? Data entry on in house computer systems
? Booking cars in for a service
? Taking payments over the phone
? PMay include taking pictures of Vehicles and being occasionally outside assisting on other duties as well.
