Dr S W Clinics is a high-end Harley street clinic which is looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Officer.

The role of the Digital Marketing Officer is to support the communications of the clinic, to drive and expand the organisation?s digital marketing strategy and support its business goals. Main role is to design and post social media posts.

The initial focus will be to manage our social media marketing but also to provide support on a number of other projects such as co-ordinating our conference and ultimately drive an integrated digital strategy to ensure our digital presence reflects our brand.

We are looking for someone who has a proven passion for digital marketing and social media and will be creative and motivated in constantly improving the way we connect our services with our members.

This role is therefore ideal for someone who makes a habit of improving the way things are done, who embraces change and understands WordPress, In-design and social media advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage social media marketing
Responsible for regular posting to social media channels, including Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram, using analytics to improve our social media presence and engagement
Create and manage Instagram and Facebook advertising campaigns
Create compelling graphic and written content for social media, email campaigns Using Adobe and the website (WordPress)
Carry out other reasonable activities as required by Director

Qualifications Required

Candidates will be of A Level or equivalent standard, with a minimum of five GCSE's at grade C or above (including English Language and maths) or equivalents.

Personal Qualities

Experience using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and/or Illustrator
Demonstrate an understanding of social media for business
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good attention to detail
Ability to prioritise tasks, keep calm and maintain high standards under pressure
Creative and innovative
Excellent interpersonal/diplomacy and communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication

Skills Required

Understanding of digital best practice principles, including the importance of user experience and good content
Experience of working in a small organisation
Experience writing for the web and knowledge of best practice
Experience using email marketing platforms
