Brief Description
Due to the success and growth of the business at PointSCAN Limited, an opportunity to grow and develop within this niche industry has become available for a Design Apprentice.
Vacancy Detail
Key responsibilities:
Undertake on-site surveys of client?s sites using traditional and 3D laser scanning technology all training will be provided
Complete post survey registration of survey data
Complete 3D modelling and CAD imagery from point cloud data formats
Produce 3D & 3D drafting data as per client?s specifications
Participate in continuous improvement of the business processes
To assure effective documentation of the surveying processes, including 3D data and as built documentation, input to O&Ms and feedback to the design disciplines
Participate in the acquisition and storing of business and technical knowledge, and the use of those stored intellectual assets
Maintain Health and Safety levels during the on-site survey activities
Recognise that Health and Safety considerations are central to all tasks and contribute to ensuring safe working environment for all
Qualifications Required
GCSEs at grades C/4 and above (or equivalent) in English and maths.
