Brief Description
As an Internal IT Apprentice, you?ll work at our Marlow Head Office but there will be the need to travel across our other 7 UK offices to provide hardware and end-user support.
Vacancy Detail
Our apprenticeship programme runs for 15 months, when you?ll gain all the skills you need to excel in IT. You?ll work towards an IT Infrastructure Technician - Level 3 qualification and we?ll be by your side every step of the way.
What you?ll be doing:
Desktop hardware deployment and support
Mobile device hardware deployment and support
Microsoft Windows Active Directory Administration
Microsoft Office 365 Administration
Cisco Unified Communication Manager Administration
Provide administrative support to Softcat?s IT Team
Qualifications Required
Candidates will be of A Level or equivalent standard, with a minimum of five GCSE's at grade C or above (including English Language and Maths) or equivalents
Personal Qualities
To be successful in this role, you?ll need a passion for IT, a desire to learn and have a positive can-do attitude. You?ll be a great team player and enjoy interacting with people. Ideally, you?ll have studied IT or ICT at school, college etc.
