Novo Coffe House is an independent coffee shop serving artisan wood-fired roasting coffee, along with Jeeves & Jericho the jolly good tea company! With it's ongoing success, we now have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join the busy cafe as a Hospitality Apprentice!

This exciting opportunity is for an apprentice who aspires for a career within hospitality will join the team and enroll on our 13-month course. This fantastic opportunity will help you to achieve your qualification while working for the caf?, and you will gain a Hospitality Level 2 Standard qualification on completion of the apprenticeship. We want you to feel valued, so as well as investing in our cafe, we?ve committed to investing in you and your long-term career development.

Key responsibilities:
- Take and prepare orders from customers
- Serve hot and cold food and drinks to customers
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Handle customer complaints professionally and appropriately
- Ensure customer satisfaction is received
- General food handling
- Maintaining a clean work space, including tables and service areas
- Complying with food safety and health & safety regulations
