Vacancy Detail
Kar Tec are experts in the bodywork restoration of rally cars, sports cars and vintage vehicles
You will receive first class training in all the latest repair techniques from Perfect Paint?s fully qualified Senior Body Repair Technicians. You will be that all important first contact for the customer who need your services after an accident.
Training will include:
? Damage assessment
? Job cards and assessment reports
? Panel removal, repair and refit
? Chassis alignment techniques
? Welding and joining
? Vehicle valeting

Qualifications Required
There are no entry requirements to apply, we will support you to develop your skills in English, Maths and ICT.
Personal Qualities
You will need to demonstrate a strong passion for the industry and a positive attitude to work.
Skills Required
No skills are required as we will provide all the training needed for the role, just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
Future Prospects
On successful completion of your apprenticeship you will receive a NVQ Level 2 Certificate along with functional skills in Maths, English and ICT (where required). You will be a fully qualified Vehicle Body Repair Technician with the skills to continue your career in the industry.
Other Information
Technicians normally work 40 hours a week, typically from Monday to Friday. During busy periods it may be required to also work Saturdays with a day off in the week.
