Brief Description
You will be working within the Admin office to cover all areas of the business and assist in the smooth running of the Auction Centre

Main purpose of job:
To collect payments and issue relevant documentation to customers in the Counter area and to ensure all pre and post-sale information is updated accurately.
This varied role will incorporate most aspects of Branch Admin office positions including:
? Taking of Deposits on the Rostrums during sales
? Dealing with cash and card payments
? Clicking bids for our buyers on line
? Data Input ? logging of documentation - selling of vehicles
? Cashiering - taking payments for purchases on sale and non-sale days Document and Key Control
? Registration and a variety of other Admin tasks.

Qualifications Required
Ideally GCSE?s 9 to 3 (A-D) or equivalent in Maths and English and a good working knowledge of ICT
Personal Qualities
? Confident handling cash
? High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
? Confident with customer interaction (face to face and by telephone)
? Able to work in a busy fast-paced office
? Able to work to tight deadlines
Skills Required
? Good understanding of Microsoft Office products
? Excellent keyboard/data entry skills
