Brief Description
Working for a leading telecoms company in Birmingham you will be leading and supporting other members of the team.
Vacancy Detail
You will support the other members of the team in dealing with telephone enquiries, ensuring all the sales platforms are up to date, product testing for quality assurance, repairing handsets, stocktaking, business2business communication and any other duties necessary.
Qualifications Required
GCSE Grades A - C in English and Maths.
Personal Qualities
You will have had some previous experience in sales and be ready to take the next step up. You will be a natural leader and able to motivate others.
Skills Required
Teamworking experience, customer service experience, some previous experience of team leading would be advantageous but is not essential.

Salary ?12,000 - ?18,000 depending on age and experience.
