Vacancy Detail

You will gain a career in used car sales by taking part in the following tasks:
- speaking to customers and visitors to the site, finding out their requirements
- identify appropriate vehicles for customers from existing stock taking into account requirements and budget
- liaise with customers over the phone and email
- assist in arranging part exchange, finance, test drives and servicing

Qualifications Required

Good standard of education - GCSE Grades A - C in English and Maths;

Personal Qualities

You will need to be smart, friendly and able to talk to a range of people; not afraid to approach people; confident;
some knowledge of / interest in cars is essential.
The dealership does not specialise in any particular brands so a wide ranging knowledge would be useful.

Skills Required

Driving licence required or close to taking test.
some previous customer service experience would be useful.

Other Information

You will be expected to work alternate weekends - Sat 08.45 - 17.00 and Sun 09.45 - 16.00 with days off in the week.
There is a team bonus available if the targets are met each month.
